Who am I?

I’m David Panford, an international educator and consultant passionate about helping schools grow communities of empowered teachers and engaged learners. Over the past 13 years, I’ve taught Physics, Math, and Science in Ghana, Mongolia, and Cambodia—across IB, IGCSE, and A-Level programs. These diverse contexts have shaped my belief in equity, cultural relevance, and the need for purposeful innovation in every classroom.

Beyond the classroom, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with schools and educators across Malaysia, Thailand, China, and beyond—leading professional learning experiences that blend strategy with hands-on relevance. I’ve presented at regional conferences including EARCOS, CIEC, and Learning2 Asia, and facilitated sessions for schools looking to transform both teacher practice and student engagement.

A defining feature of my approach is that I only share what I’ve actually used, tested, or co-developed with teachers in real classrooms. No fluff. Every strategy, framework, or tool I offer has been grounded in practice—refined through collaboration, experimentation, and honest reflection.

Today, I support schools around the world through tailored workshops, keynote talks, and strategic consulting focused on:

  • AI integration in education

  • Student-centered pedagogy

  • Inclusive, sustainable professional learning

  • Building teacher capacity through coaching and collaboration

  • Empowering students and teachers to amplify their voice through video, podcasting, and visual storytelling

Whether I’m teaching a DP Physics class, mentoring a new teacher, or speaking to a room full of school leaders, I approach every moment with intentionality. I believe in asking the right questions, building authentic relationships, and co-creating solutions that work in context—not in theory.

When I’m not working with educators, I’m usually behind a camera, out with my wife Isabel, or learning something new from my twin boys, Jaden and Jada.

My Core Values

At the heart of all I do...

Inspiration

Every great teacher starts with belief—in themselves and their students.

Tools change, but purpose remains. I support schools adopt technology that deepens learning.

Curiosity drives growth, reflection, and the courage to rethink what’s possible.

Intentional Practice

Impact follows intentional choices, not routine, and strategy, not just effort.
